Diedre’s Kitchen Low Carb Bread

I have tried so many Low Carb Breads but by far this is the BEST I have ever had.
I have many followers on my Youtube Channel and I was fortunate enough to have one of my subscribers Jackie to message me. Jackie messaged me to thank me for so many great recipes and tips that she felt kind enough to share a Low Carb Bread recipe with me.

I was guided to Deidre’s Kitchen  were she has put on 2 videos, one was making low carb bread in the bread machine and also making it with a mixer and baking in the oven.

I must say Deidre’s Low Carb Bread is fabulous and I highly recommend to try this bread wonderful bread. I do not know why Deidre has not continued to put on recipes and I hope she is healthy and well.

I find every time I make this bread it has improved in its look and I am determined to make it a beautiful a Deidre does it.

This bread is the best so far, so lets get started and I will show you how to make it!

I found all the ingredients in the grocery store except I had to order “OAT FIBER” on Amazon.

1 C. Water

1 Tbsp. Quick – Rise- Instant Yeast

1 tsp. Honey (raw)

2 Eggs, slightly beaten (organic)

2/3 C. Ground Golden flax meal

1/2 C. Oat Fiber

1 1/4 C Vital Wheat Gluten

4 Tbsp. Swerve (powdered) ( I used powdered erythritol)

1 tsp. Salt

1/2 tsp. Xanthan gum in place use Tbsp of psyllium husk

2 Tbsp. Soften butter (grass fed)

In the bread machine, add warm water with the yeast and let sit for 7 minutes. If the yeast starts bubbling then you know the yeast is good. If not dispose, get new yeast and start again.

Spray you teaspoon with cooking oil and add honey in spoon and add to the mixture. ( using cooking oil on teaspoon will let the honey slide right off of the spoon)

In layers add egg, then add egg, flax seed, oat fiber, vital wheat gluten, erythritol, salt, xanthan gum and butter.

Close the lid on the bread machine set to mix and bake., my machine took 3:50 hours

Remove from bread machine onto a cooling rack

Place in zip lock bag and leave in fridge to last longer.

Instructions to Bake in Oven

Warm water, add yeast, let sit for 7 minutes

Add honey, eggs.

In a separate bowl add all the dry ingredients and mix well.

Then add the dry to the wet, with a standard mixer mix all the ingredients until mixed well.

Remove from bowl and shape it into a loaf and place in a well greased loaf pan.

To rise the dough:

Spray plastic with oil and cover dough to rise. Boil water and place a cup of it in the microwave beside the dish. Let rise approx 1 hours.

Preheat oven 375 F

Remove the plastic wrap and place on middle rack bake for approximately 25 minutes.

Remove from loaf pan and let cool.

Servings: 16 slices

Yield: 1.1 net carbs

Stay healthy and live well!
