Breakfast Strawberry Shake

Loyally every morning I wake up, step on the scale, smile! and find my way to the kitchen. I look forward to having my Low Carb Strawberry Shake for breakfast. I have tried many protein shake products but sundering through Costco a while back I came upon Leanfit Whey Protein Shake, purchased it for $38.00’s, a 2kg container with 120 calories, 2 carbs per scoop, 100 percent natural and no aspartame. Very pleased with the Natural Vanilla flavor with my own fruit added, I felt I needed to share with you in case you are someone that is in a hurry or does not want something heavy for breakfast, in fact this could easily be a meal replacement! Great flavor!

Tip: You can use any kind of frozen fruit; adjust your carb count.

8 oz glass of water

1 scoop (31g) Leanfit Whey Protein Shake

Tsp. Bee Pollen (optional, found in health food stores)

8 frozen strawberries

In a blender add all ingredients, blend until all berries are purified, pour into a large glass, add a straw and enjoy.

Yeild: 9 carbs per serving, remove bee pollen makes it 7 carbs.
