Low Carb Chocolate Pudding


You have to try this Low Carb Chocolate Pudding. I guarantee you will never open a boxed pudding again. Making chocolate pudding at home is so much easier than you think and I would almost bet that you have the ingredients in your pantry already. When you want something rich and decadent without blowing your carb budget this will satisfy your craving.
Such an easy recipe, you won’t regret trying it.

 

Low Carb Chocolate Pudding Pic 004

1 can (400 ml) (Mili) Coconut Milk

4 tbls. powdered erythritol or xylitol or stevia

4 tbls. Unsweetened cocoa powder

¼ tsp. pure vanilla

1 tbls melted coconut oil

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.

Beat with the mixer until all ingredients are mixed well.

( I can’t emphasize enough to really mix vigorously or you will have little grit in your pudding)

Pour into serving bowls

Refrigerate for 1 hour or more.

Makes 4 servings

Yield:  4.4 net carb per serving
