Low Carb No Egg Crackers

When you are living the keto or low carb life it can start to feel like your eating mainly meat and salads. There is nothing wrong with this but it is really nice to to be able to eat cheese and crackers and have a little variety in your diet.

My low carb no egg cracker recipe is the perfect way to enjoy crackers in a much more nutritious form!
If you’re craving that crunch these keto crackers are the answer you’ve been waiting for.

These homemade crackers go great with anything from veggie dips to peanut butter. You can easily change the flavor by switching up the spices you use in each batch.

I have tried other spices but I found I love the Cajun spice as one of my favorites.

There are only 5 ingredients to this cracker, and you should have know problem finding the ingredients when your shopping.

So lets get started and I will show you how to make them!

230 grams (2 cups) Kirkland Almond Flour

70 grams (2.5 oz) full fat sour cream

2 teaspoons Cajun spice

1/4 teaspoon Kirkland Himalayan Salt ( or your choice)

Remove your rack from the oven, before you turn the oven on.

Preheat oven 350 F

In a bowl add all the dry ingredients, mix well.

Add the sour cream and mix well with your hand.
( I like using a rubber glove )

Lay a Large silicone mat on the counter, add the dough on the silicone mat

Place another Small see through silicone mat on top of the dough, roll out the dough with a
rolling pin. (you can use parchment paper if you don’t have silicone mats)

Use a pizza cutter or knife and score your dough to make squares.

Once you have the dough scored, take your rack and slide the silicone mat with
dough onto the rack.

Place rack in middle of oven.

Bake at 350 F for 5 minutes

Really keep an eye on them, they can burn easily.

When the outer edges start to brown remove from the oven.

Turn off the oven.

Place your crackers on a metal baking sheet, once the oven has cooled off for 10 minutes,
add the crackers back into the oven and just leave them there so they get crispier.

I leave mine in the oven for a very long time. ( just check them and see if there are crispy)

Place in a sealed container and store in the refrigerator.

Servings: 2 crackers

My Nutrition Facts programs does not go up to 144 and there are approximately 144 crackers in the badge.

Yield: .6 net carbs
