Low Carb Vanilla Chia Pudding

One of my followers on my You tube channel asked me to make a Low Carb Vanilla Pudding.
I promised and here it is!
Such an easy recipe to put together and the nice thing is you can eat it for breakfast, snack, dessert etc. The chia seeds are an amazing ingredient in this recipe.
It is so healthy for you and very rich in fiber which makes the carb count very low in this dessert.

This is a recipe you should give a try, so
Lets get started and I will show you how to make it!

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 cup coconut milk

2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/8 teaspoon salt

8 tsp powdered xylitol

1/3 cup chia seeds

The first thing you should do is powder you xylitol with a coffee grinder or food processor.
In a medium size bowl add all the ingredients and mix well.
Pour into individual dishes or leave in the mixing bowl and refrigerate at least 4 hours or just leave in the fridge over night.

Servings: 3

Carb count: 3.6 net carbs

Stay healthy and live well!
